“We wanted to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude for your incredible support and guidance during the labour and birth of our baby.

Your presence was a source of comfort and reassurance during such an important and life changing event”

Your expertise and knowledge of various techniques, such as massage and positioning were invaluable in helping us manage pain and promote relaxation. Your calm and reassuring demeanor made a significant difference, especially during moments of uncertainty.

Your commitment to our wellbeing and unwavering support throughout the entire process made a lasting imoact on us. we trulyaccpreciate everything you did for us and will always be grateful for your role in bringing our baby into the world.

Thank you once again for being an amazing doula and for making our birth experience so positive and memorable.

"Liz was amazing. She was so calm, professional and supportive. I instantly felt comfortable leaving my baby daughter in her care and it was an absolute godsend having her support during those first few tricky weeks of the fourth trimester. She offered helpful advice on sleeping and feeding, which was extremely useful. If you're considering a doula, I would definitely recommend Liz... and I'm pretty sure my daughter would too!"
