"Liz was amazing. She was so calm, professional and supportive. I instantly felt comfortable leaving my baby daughter in her care and it was an absolute godsend having her support during those first few tricky weeks of the fourth trimester. She offered helpful advice on sleeping and feeding, which was extremely useful. If you're considering a doula, I would definitely recommend Liz... and I'm pretty sure my daughter would too!"
